Center for Condensed Matter Sciences 2025 Research Exhibition and Competition — Registration Now Open!
The purpose of the event is to facilitate observation, knowledge exchange, and learning among the members in Center for Condensed Matter Sciences, National Taiwan University. Students, research assistants, and postdoctoral researchers are strongly encouraged to participate. We hope to stimulate research innovation, enhance technical exchange, and the creation of new scientific achievements. We sincerely invite all members to participate in this event.
Event Content and Registration Information
- Academic Research Presentation Participation:
- Each laboratory is required to provide at least one research poster. Research poster can be presented in the Academic Poster Competition.
- Please complete Attachment 1 – “CCMS Joint Academic Research Presentation Registration Form.”
- Academic Journal Paper Award Competition:
- The competition is open to all who meet the specific eligibility requirements detailed in the award application guidelines.
- Please complete Attachment 2 – “CCMS Academic Journal Paper Competition Registration Form.”
- Technology Innovation Award Competition:
- The competition is open to all who meet the specific eligibility requirements detailed in the award application guidelines.
- Please complete Attachment 3 – “CCMS Technology Innovation Competition Registration Form.”
- Academic Poster Award Competition:
- The competition is open to all who meet the specific eligibility requirements detailed in the award application guidelines.
- Please complete Attachment 4 – “CCMS Academic Poster Competition Registration Form.”

Timeline of the Events:
- Research Exhibition Date：December 23, 2025 (Tuesday), 12:00–15:00
- Registration Deadline：From now until November 21, 2025 (Friday)
(Please complete the submission of the registration form by November 21. All competition materials—including the poster and related electronic files—must be submitted by December 15, 2025 (Monday).)
- Location：Lobby, 1st Floor, Condensed Matter Physics Building
- Participant Requirements: Participants must be present in person to discuss their work.
- For the Academic Journal Paper Competition and Technology Innovation Competition, participants are required to prepare presentation slides and deliver a 1–2 minute oral presentation at the R212 Meeting Room at 11:40 December 23, 2025.
- For the Academic Poster Competition, participants must be present.
- Poster Setup Time: Starting from 11:00 a.m. on December 23, 2025. Posters should be displayed according to the laboratory.
