Abstract:

We construct a semiclassical theory for the dynamics of the quasiparticles and reveal the Berry curvature distribution in terms of the characteristics of superconductivity. We show that Berry-curvature effects strongly influence the transport and spectroscopic properties of superconductors, such as the local density of states and the anomalous thermal Hall effect.
