112年凝態中心學術研究成果聯合發表會活動公告注意事項更新

112年凝態中心學術研究成果聯合發表會，歡迎有意參與人員共襄盛舉~~~~~~

 

凝態中心112年學術研究成果展與競賽，即日起開放報名。

活動宗旨是以觀摩、交流、學習性質來鼓勵中心學生、研究助理、博士後研究等人員參與，冀望藉由學術研究互動，以活絡研發能量及技術資源提升，並能於活動中帶來更多的收穫與成果。

歡迎各位老師能藉由此活動鼓勵更多實驗室學生、研究助理、博士後研究人員踴躍參與。

 

成果發表會將以雙軌舉行，相關報名資訊如下:

  1. 學術研究成果發表參展，每個實驗室提供至少一張研究成果海報張貼。
  2. 請填寫附件1：凝態中心學術研究成果聯合發表會報名表)
  3. 學術期刊論文競賽，自由參加但需符合獎勵申請辦法。
  4. 請填寫附件2：凝態中心學術期刊論文競賽報名表)
  5. 技術創新競賽，自由參加但需符合獎勵申請辦法。
  6. 請填寫附件3：凝態中心技術創新競賽報名表)
  7. 有意申請中心學術期刊論文競賽或技術創新競賽者請詳閱附件4獎勵辦法。

注意事項：

  1. 報名日期: 即日起~112年12月15日(五)截止收件。
  2. 成果發表會日期: 112年12月25日(一)12:00-15:00。
  3. 活動地點：凝態物理館一樓大廳。
  • 活動當天11:30依實驗室名字開放自行張貼海報。
  1. 參賽者請於活動當日親臨解說或討論。
  • 活動當天11:30依參賽者名字開放自行張貼海報。
  • 參賽者需要準備1至2分鐘投影片，並於當天上午11:40到凝態中心R212會議室進行口頭報告。
  1. 上述時程仍需以凝態中心實際公告日期為主。

2023 CCMS Academic Research Joint Presentation

Registration is now open. Welcome to join us!

The purpose of this event is to encourage students, RAs, and postdoctoral researchers to observe and learn from each other, and to boost research and development.

Instruction for registering:

  1. Poster presentation: Each lab is required to provide at least one research poster.

  1. Journal essay competition: This one is optional. To apply, you must meet the requirements.

(Please fill in Attachment 2: CCMS Journal Essay Competition Registration Form)

  1. Innovative techniques competition: This one is optional. To apply, you must meet the requirements.

Please note:

1.Registration Deadline: Friday, December 15, 2023

2.Date: 12:00-15:00, Monday, December 25, 2023

3.Venue: CCMS Physics Building 1F Lobby

All the competitors should paste your posters on the designated place based on the competitor's name between 11:30-12:00 on December 25.

4.All the competitors are required to participate the presentation.

All the competitors should prepare the PowerPoint slides for 1-2 minutes and give an oral presentation in Room 212, CCMS at 11:40 on December 25.
