New 2026高壓科學工作:高壓合成與量測技術秋季學校Autumn School for high Pressure Techniques-Synthesis and Characterization

  • Pressure is a key physical parameter for exploring novel materials, extreme environments, and phase transitions of matter. The International Workshop on High Pressure Science (IWHPS 2026), held as part of the 2026 Autumn School on High-Pressure Synthesis and Characterization Techniques, will take place at the Center for Condensed Matter Sciences, National Taiwan University. The workshop will highlight the latest advances in high-pressure techniques, state-of-the-art characterization methods, and structural analysis, with distinguished experts from Taiwan and around the world sharing cutting-edge research and hands-on experience.

  • The research areas covered by vibrational spectroscopy continue to expand each year. This time, we will present the recent achievements in both IR absorption and Raman spectroscopy. Sharing experimental methods, data analysis techniques, and knowledge among participants from various disciplines will facilitate breakthroughs in their studies and further advancements in vibrational spectroscopy. We hope that this symposium and summer camp will provide valuable opportunities for exchange and discussion among all participants.
13th New Diamond and Nano Carbons Conference

  • The conference presented recent breakthroughs in the synthesis, physics, and application of diamonds and other carbon nanostructures, such as graphene and nanotubes. The program featured four plenary talks, 25 invited talks, oral contributions and 2 poster sessions. The conference venue was the 5-star Farglory Resort in Hualien at the entrance of the majestic Taroko Gorge National Park.

  • The program includes half-a-day for AAT Summer School with four lectures and two-day conferences with parallel sessions. Two plenary talks, 23 invited talks, 14 contributed talks and poster session will be organized. The organizing committee will also give six outstanding poster awards at the closing ceremony to encourage good quality works.
